Zuma EatsTerms of Use
The agreement between you and Zuma Eats when you browse or order.
Zuma Eats lets you browse participating restaurants on Tortola and place food delivery orders. By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use. You must provide accurate order and delivery information and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity on your account and should keep your sign in details private.
Orders, prices and availability
Menu items, availability, prices, fees, promotions and estimated delivery times may change before an order is confirmed. The final checkout screen shows the amount you agree to pay. A restaurant may be unable to fulfil an item; if an order cannot be completed, Zuma Eats will explain the available cancellation or refund option. Promotional offers may have eligibility rules, which are shown with the offer.
Accounts and guest ordering
You may browse and order as a guest. If you create an account, you may edit or delete it in Account settings at any time, without contacting us. Zuma Eats may limit misuse of the service, subject to applicable law.
